LizzyBug ... has a very simple postage and packing cost structure...

For UK Orders

Please note all UK orders have to be signed for upon receipt.

Orders with up to two (2) T-Shirts will be charged at £2.95 postage and packing.

Orders of three (3) or more T-Shirts, or orders with any other items included will be charged at £3.95.

If the total cost of items in your shopping cart is over £75, postage and packing will be free!

P & P is added automatically by our system, so the price you see in your shopping cart is the total price you have to pay.

Items will be securely wrapped in a mailing bag or box as appropriate and delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Remember that this means you will have to sign for the delivery. If you are not in, the Post Office will usually leave a card with instructions on where to pick up the package from. Your order can not be left without a signature. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within five days (excluding weekends) from the date of order.

You may be given the option of Special Delivery at the checkout. This will give you a guaranteed next working day delivery for an additional cost, which will be clearly shown on the checkout page (provided your order is processed by our system before 1pm).

Gift Vouchers - We do not charge postage and packing if you are purchasing just a Gift voucher. If you have ordered other items as well as a gift voucher, when we calculate postage costs, the value of gift voucher will not be included in the total cost of items.

For all Orders Shipping Outside the UK

We will ship up to two (2) T-Shirts per order, which will be sent by Airmail using Royal Mail, and usually take between 3 and 10 working days to be delivered.

Prices are £6.95 for Europe, and £9.95 for USA, Canada and Australasia. Orders to Europe and USA are trackable but do not have to be signed for on delivery. If you would like your tracking code, please request it using the Contact Us form, including your name, first line of your address, and order number. Orders to Canada and Australasia are not trackable, but do have to be signed for.

For international orders that include more than two T-Shirts, or orders with other items included, our system will charge a flat rate of £25.00. Once we receive the order, we will calculate the exact postage and packing cost and either refund any overpayment or contact you for additional funds. If we contact you because the cost exceeds £25, you may cancel the order at that point and we will refund your entire payment. We use either Royal Mail and the US Postal Service, or Parcel Force International and its partners, and most orders will need to be signed for. You can contact us before placing the order and we will let you know the exact cost you will have to pay, but you will still have to pay the flat rate initially when your order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if we feel our business may be harmed in any way. In this instance, we will refund any payments already taken.

We obtain proof of postage for every order.
