If you have already registered on this site, you should log in before starting to shop. If you are not yet a member, click on the "Register" link on the Login box on the right and add all your details. Being a member is necessary to allow you to use all the features of the site.
How to add items into my shopping cart...
Firstly, browse through the Main Categories on the left. Most will have sub-categories to make searching easier. You can either click the "Buy Now" button to add items stright into your shopping cart, or click on the picture to see full details of the product, and a larger picture. If you wish to purchase an item, pick the amount you wish to buy from the drop-down list, and click the "Buy Now" button. The item will now be added to your shopping cart, which can be viewed at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top-right. You may continue adding products to your shopping cart in this way, and you can amend the contents at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top-right. Postage and packing will be added automatically.
How to use my Wish List...
This feature requires you to be logged into the website. You can use your Wish List to keep track of items you like but don't want to buy at the moment. Items will remain in your Wish List indefinitely, but as stock isn't allocated to these items, you may find that when you do want them, they're out of stock. You can also send details of individual items, or your whole Wish List to someone else via email...great for birthday, Christmas or wedding lists!
How to pay for items in my shopping cart...
Firstly, make sure if you are already logged in. You can do so now through the login box to the right.
Clicking on the "Checkout" button at the top-right will take you to the Checkout screen. Make sure you have all the items you want, and check the quantities of each item. Click "Update" if you make any changes. If you are not yet a member, please fill in the form making sure all the boxes are filled in correctly, especially your email address, as this will be used to advise you of the status of your order.
Click the "Submit" button, confirm you are happy with your order, then pick your payment method and click "Continue". Check all the details and then click "Submit Order".
If you choose to pay by credit card or Paypal, you will be taken to the appropriate secure server to complete the transaction. The link you use between your computer and their servers uses a technology called Secure Socket Layers, and has 128-bit encryption. This is the securest technology currently available, and virtually guarantees your information is safe.
If you would like to pay using a gift voucher you have received, please cut and paste the code into the box where indicated.
What happens next...? Once the process has been completed, you will receive several emails showing the status of your order, and also, if you used a card, whether your card payment was successful.
Finally, you should expect your order to be delivered within a few days. Our Terms and Conditions are available and spells out what problems may occur with your order (not that there should be any) and what you or we can do to sort the problem out.
So, now you know how to use the site, sit back and enjoy the ride!
